Since I was little but performing for about 9 years
How did you get into magic?
I thought it was awesome as a kid, I loved playing games with peoples minds
What do you like about your "job"?
I’m so blessed to get to do what I do, I think I have the greatest job in the world, I travel around the world performing and telling people about Jesus
What is your favorite thing to do that has nothing to do with magic?
Just kick it with my friends, I love people especially my friends
What is your favorite food?
Steak, duh, I’m from Texas
Favorite movie?
Cool Hand Luke
If you could be an animal what would you be? And why?
Tiger, because its awesome
Have you ever fell asleep in church?
So many times, even a few times when I was a kid
Favorite ice cream?
Cookies n’ cream
Okay let’s get a little more serious… How is being a Christian changed your life in relation to illusions?
I see that the illusions aren’t just great for entertainment but they also be used to powerfully illustrate Biblical truths
Do you ever get ridiculed for making a stand for Christ?
Very little, I think when you are confident and passionate about what you believe, people have a lot of respect for that. In a world where no one is standing up for anything, people support someone standing up for something even if they disagree with it.
What is one your favorite verses in the Bible?
Right now it is 1 John 4:9-12
Who has made the biggest impact on your spiritual life?
My youth pastor, Danny Simmons
What do you think is the biggest turn off about Christians to non-believers? How can you change this?
As believers we sometimes lack love, we want people to be more like us then we want them to be like Jesus. I think that we have to remember that living righteously doesn’t lead us to Jesus, Jesus leads us to a life of righteousness
What advice do you have for us for sharing your faith with a stranger?
Be authentic, you don’t have to have all the answers, just be honest with people, they will respect your honesty more then they will respect you pretending
If you died today would you leave this world with a any regrets?
Only that I might have lived too much for myself and not enough for Christ
How do you think we can "live in the world, but not be of the world", especially with what you do?
As long as we constantly pursue Jesus and remember that the world that we live in now is temporary and not our.
