This iz My Story is created to be used as a tool for reaching a lost generation of younger people for Jesus Christ. It is a platform for Christians of influence to share “the story” of their journey to the cross through short documentaries. The goal is to create a viral movement of the gospel spreading from our website onto social networking websites and even in the palm of your hand. Sharing your faith in today’s culture means doing it virally.
To make talking to your friends about God easier, we have made our stories downloadable in multiple formats so you can watch them on your ipods, mp3 players and embed them on your personal sites. By posting one one of our stories on your myspace or facebook page, that means you could be sleeping and still sharing Jesus Christ with all your friends. That is how the movement begins, so Download and Share.
What’s the even bigger picture? We would love to hear “the story” of your journey to the cross. Our vision beyond the website is to bring TIMS to your area for a one day or weekend event resulting in a video of your story documented to share. We all have a story that needs to be shared. We believe that the Bible is God’s Holy and true written word. (2 Timothy 3:16 - All scripture is God breathed...)
We believe that the Holy Spirit was sent from Heaven for every believer to empower their lives to serve God. (Act 1:8 - You’ll receive power from the Holy Spirit and be witnesses...)
We believe that the Christian life is meant to be lived fuller and with more purpose than life outside of Christ. (John 10:10 - I have come that you may have an abundant life.) (Jeremiah 29:11 - Plans to give you hope and a future)
